A life of motorsports

With 32 years of millwrighting / machining / fabrication it has accented my motorsport addiction.

Racing motorcycles of several types has been a 25 year passion on and off road. Having trail bikes when I was young got me started. Then during my apprenticeship I met Al Staples in Toronto that got me into sidecar road racing. In 1975 we built a sidecar from scratch and raced the CMA, ERA, and WERA circuits in Ontario and eastern United States.

In 1978 we went all out and joined the AMA Pro Circuit with sponsorship from Don Goodyear at Winners Circle in Toronto, that would be Scott Goodyear’s father. Scott taking his career to Formula 1 cars. With the help of Winner’s Circle and many other we placed 7th overall in the AMA Road Circuits. What a ride.

Production Bike Racing

I then moved on to production bike racing and put all the knowledge gained over the years to the test. A strong love for the sport caused willing participation in various disciplines.

I enjoy building, tuning, and riding 5 styles of motorcycles and I have continued to enjoy several rides and working on other peoples equipment is now an addicting hobby.

Suspension Tuning

Vintage Restorations

For special projects we go all out and perform top to bottom restorations of classic motorcycles and snowmobiles. Attention to detail is what we're known for. Carburetion

The importance of a finely tuned carburetor can't be understated. G rock excels at not only carburetor rebuilds and cleaning, but also custom tuning for maximum performance at elevation.

At the heart of G rock Enterprise is our purpose-built fabrication and machine shop. Pair this with decades of experience and nothing is impossible including: welding and machining of carbon steel, aluminum, stainless steel, brass.
